Contacting website re question about a return takes you to JustAsk, which charges $46 automatically for membership. You don’t realize that till too late! And they charged me twice!!

Frustration! Trying to get to speak w a person netted me only a very costly visit online to Just Answer. I was charged $46 and change for renewing my membership. I think Maurices owes me commensurate gift certificate!

Very upset with the customer service

I did not receive my whole order. So I called and was on the phone holding for an hour and 35 minutes and no rep ever picked up my call. I finally hung up. This was the second time I tried calling. The first time I waited over 45mins n no rep answered. Tried to text and email and still no response. I have been a very loyal customer and after this Im not so sure. I still never received my whole order. Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer. Thank you, Amy Prellberg

Can't find order number and want to return items

I have been trying to chat or talk to someone from the company for weeks. I have an order that needs items returned. I cannot get anyone to answer a chat or a telephone call. When I look for my order number on the website it says I have not placed any orders in the last 6 months so I cannot return anything.

Placed 2 Oders Gone Bad

2nd order placed. Took my money but oh something went wrong who knows what. Now 4 hours later what I want they dont have. Big shock. I wont be going on their site ever again. Stuff is cute but overpriced unless on sale and then no stock unless its something ugly.

I contacted customer service due to my never having received my birthday coupon. As a very loyal customer over 20 years and this being my "go-to" store for all my fashion needs, I was pretty surprised when my birthday came and went without me ever receiving any kind of birthday discount/rewards from Maurices.

Customer service listened to my concerns and immediately rectified the situation by adding 200 additional points to my reward account which made me automatically eligible for $10 off coupon. The coupon arrived in my email less than 24 hrs later. My only issue was the ridiculous wait time. I actually hung up and decided to a chat.

I waited almost an hour to finally have a representative avail to chat with me via text. I began text message a little before 12:30pm.

I then received several "updates" at 12:42pm and then 12:50 that my expected wait time is 5 mins. Finally some one texted me at 1:12pm!

I never received my birthday coupon. I have religiously shopped at this store for the past 20 years as it is my "go-to" for all things fashion and affordable. I was pretty upset when my birthday came and went and I never received my birthday coupon of $10 off. Customer service listend to my concerns and responded by rounding my points to the level needed to receive $10 off worth of rewards. The reward coupons showed up in my email less than 24 hours later ;)

They lost my order. Then I didn't receive a full refund.

I contacted customer service multiple times before I finally got a seemingly nice lady on the phone but apparently, she didn't afford me a full refund even though I never received my order. So disappointed in this experience.

No help with my coupon

The birthday coupon wont take off $10 dollars off at checkout so I cant continue to place my order and Im very disappointed with the whole situation. I will place my order and maybe you guys can credit my account after the fact for the inconvenience. I will contact you after the purchase!!!

Made the mistake of buying a gift card online to pick up at the store. DON'T DO IT! The store never recieved it, even though I got repeated emails telling me it was ready to pick up at that store. The sweet gals at the store were on hold with customer service for 4o mins. and where assured my $300 refund was on the way. Never was. I called customer service and said they couldn't help me - had to go to a different dept. that would "get back to me". Theft.
